Ascent

This is a piece for Contemporary Art class, an homage of sorts to the paper-cut work of Peter Callesen. When I stumbled upon it I was like "Oh, man, I have to do one of these." I actually have a second one in the works (I bought a two-pack of those shadow boxes) 'cause I couldn't just do one idea. Excuse the less-than-great photo (I will get a better one up at some point).
